Responsibilities:

Act as a functional Business Analyst within the project team for the credit origination platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders from business, technology, and other departments to clarify, define, and document both functional and non-functional requirements, while streamlining business processes.
Analyze business needs and propose effective solutions to address them.
Review functional specifications to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Review UAT test cases and actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Adhere to the bank's processes and procedures to deliver high-quality artifacts and meet project milestones within the expected timeline.

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in the financial and banking industry.
Strong understanding of wholesale banking domain and products such as loans and trade; familiarity with business workflows is a plus.
Hands-on experience in corporate credit origination or related areas.
Knowledge of SDLC and basic technical skills, including web applications, API, databases, SQL, data visualization, and reporting.
Ability to work independently or with minimal guidance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
