• This position will be responsible for working with Finance team to define metrics, data requirements and reporting frequencies. The role will then examine the flows of data and produce designs, functional specifications, and test plans for new Reporting tools to meet our internal clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs.
• Manage the process of turning these requirements into automated outputs
• Defining and establishing support mechanisms so that the solution will persist in a reliable manner.
• Global Projects \xe2\x80\x93 When is required, support initiatives and ensure successful implementation

Other Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• On time submission of statutory and external reporting
• Ad-Hoc finance related matter as assigned

Essential Criteria

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in finance, Accounting or IT, with a minimum 8 years in General Accounting/ Controlling/ Tax experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Familiarity in supporting the development of analytics products from any domain eg: Finance, IT, HR, Operations.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Criteria

• Proven experience of designing, developing & delivery of data-driven analytics solution using business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Microstrategy,
• Proven experience (8+ years) as a Finance Analyst or similar role, with a focus on financial analysis, reporting, and month-end close processes.
• Knowledge and experience of working with ERP tools such as SAP, Blackline, Concur.
• Proficient in Excel Formulas & Macros
• Experience in working within a global organisation
