Take ownership of, develop, and provide support for global Talent Acquisition Solutions (Avature) and eFile system (UKGPeopleDoc), overseeing releases and improvements.
Serve as the gatekeeper for data and processes within the system on a global scale.
Ensure that user training requirements are met and that users adhere to correct processes.
Ensure compliance with local data privacy regulations in data management.
Align support services with established policies, guidelines, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, requirement definitions, training materials, and test cases to ensure the delivery of a flawless solution.
Represent Talent Acquisition within the global HR Transformation program (40%), leveraging your expertise in managing HR cloud solutions.
Collaborate closely with business partners to offer process and template guidance, proactively shaping the future of our Talent Acquisition landscape.
Job Requirements:
Holds a minimum of 2 years of experience as a business analyst or Product Owner, with a focus on Talent Acquisition / Human Resources, including exposure to international contexts.
Proficient in HR cloud solutions, such as Avature (or equivalent platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Smart Recruiters).
Displays a strong affinity for system configuration and hands-on development tasks.
Familiarity with SAFe/Agile Methodology, and any experience with ServiceNow, ITIL, and HTMS is considered a valuable asset.
