Job Summary:

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and recommending improvements. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, capturing both functional and non-functional requirements. Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement, optimization, or automation. Translate business requirements into detailed specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with technical teams (developers, architects, solution providers) to design and validate solutions. Support project planning, scoping, and prioritization in alignment with business goals. Manage change requests and ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present documentation such as business cases, process maps, and requirement traceability matrices. Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding. Conduct testing (UAT coordination, defect validation) to ensure solutions meet requirements. Support digital transformation projects (e.g., ERP, MES, Industry 4.0 initiatives)

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

5-8 years

of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least

2 years in a senior or lead role

. Strong knowledge of

business process modeling and requirements documentation

. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong facilitation and communication skills, with ability to engage stakeholders across business and IT. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as

process modeling, data modeling, and requirements elicitation.

Experience in

manufacturing, supply chain, or digital transformation projects.

Exposure to

ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) or MES systems.

Knowledge of

OPC UA, IoT, or industrial automation systems (if manufacturing-related).

Certification: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMI-PBA, Agile BA, or Scrum Master is an added advantage.

Pay: Up to RM9,000.00 per month
