About the Role This job opening for an experienced Business Analyst falls under of the Data Management Platform (DMP) business area within the Data & Services Tribe. Day-to-day work would involve translating customer requirements into more technical specifications for medium-to-large size/complexity projects ensuring customers\' business problems are solved in a coherent and scalable manner.Proven experience in gathering requirements from business stakeholders and comprehending intricate business processes is a must.Hands-on data modelling experience of 3+ years using an established industry modelling tool (for example ER/Studio, erwin, PowerDesigner) is also required.EducationUniversity degree in Computer Science, electronic engineering or equivalent. Post-graduate in Marketing / MBA or equivalent is an assetExperience3 to 6 years experience in similar roles and/or industries. Hands-on data modelling experience of 3+ years using an established industry modelling too.Key Responsibilities01 . Define, analyse and evaluate detailed functional requirements for projects by working in close liaison with other divisions.02 . Convert those requirements into well-structured user stories and further refine into clear Logical and Physical Data Models.03 . Propose solutions to technical and/or business problems in relation to current and future business environment.04 . Prepare and conduct presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.05 . Understand technological trends in own area of responsibility and apply this knowledge to bring solutions to the customers.06 . Assist in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.07 . Design and conduct training sessions on systems solutions.Competency Profile01.
