About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Business Analyst

to bridge the gap between business users and the IT development team. In this role, you will ensure that business requirements are accurately captured, clearly communicated, and effectively translated into technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle, contributing to the design, testing, and implementation of high-quality systems.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact between client users and the IT development team to ensure clear and accurate communication of business needs and technical requirements. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and manage requirements from project initiation through post-implementation support. Develop detailed functional and technical documentation, including process flowcharts, system specifications, and use-case diagrams to support system design and development. Prepare comprehensive documentation to guide development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance activities. Assist in developing test cases and participate in functional, user acceptance (UAT), and regression testing to verify that solutions align with business objectives and quality standards.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline. Minimum of

3 years of relevant experience

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
