Minimum 10 years of business analysis experience in the Insurance domain, including 5+ years in Motor and General Insurance. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields. Proven experience leading and successfully delivering insurance-related projects. In-depth understanding of policy administration, underwriting workflows, claims processing, and regulatory compliance. Strong expertise in gathering and documenting functional requirements, user stories, and process flows. Proficiency with business process modeling and analysis tools (e.g., BPMN, UML). Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Mandatory business analysis certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent. Familiarity with leading insurance platforms such as
Guidewire
,Duck Creek
