We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst.

The primary responsibility of the role, as part of MSS (Market Security Services) Strategy and Change team in MSS (Market Security Services) Operations, is to support strategic programme deliveries.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

This involves implementation of change delivery across multiple initiatives and initially the main project which requires support is Workflow and Orchestration.

Key Deliverables of this role:

\xc2\xb7 Working with Vendor, Implementation Partner and Programme delivery team to capture and implement user\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Regular reporting and maintenance of Business Transformation Framework related tasks.

\xc2\xb7 Interaction with the Operations teams and sponsors across various locations.

\xc2\xb7 Support Target operating model and control activities, where applicable.

\xc2\xb7 Assist with business analysis as well involvement in managing User Acceptance testing.

\xc2\xb7 Documenting continuous improvement opportunities for Operations teams.

\xc2\xb7 Assist with business analysis.

\xc2\xb7 Manage Operational readiness for any implications.

\xc2\xb7 Raise Risks and Issues through appropriate governance.

\xc2\xb7 Continuous improvement log.

\xc2\xb7 Risk and Issues log.

\xc2\xb7 Change requests.

Operational Effectiveness & Control

\xc2\xb7 Appropriate escalation and capture of key risks & issues relating to project milestones.

\xc2\xb7 Following Change Framework guidelines.

Requirements

What you will need to succeed in the role:

\xc2\xb7 Experienced as a Senior Business Analyst with in-depth knowledge.

\xc2\xb7 Preferably from Financial Institution industry, experienced in Operations is highlight beneficial.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge across Securities Services or Markets will be advantageous.

\xc2\xb7 Proven track record of change management initiatives would be useful.

\xc2\xb7 A strong operational trade lifecycle knowledge would be beneficial.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to manage key transformation projects in conjunction with Operations and IT.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in AGILE methodology will be beneficial.

\xc2\xb7 Able to partner well with internal stakeholders from all levels and external stakeholders.
