This position is reporting to the C2R Global Process Owner
The Business analyst is working on all tools and process offering within C2R Organization: ServiceNow HR Module, IBM Watson, OBS & Cisco, Power BI The Business analyst is supporting the C2R Projects managers & Experts by performing actions and coordinate with other teams (ex: DIGITAL).

In this role you will\xe2\x80\xa6
Provide Level 3 support, monitor, and take preventive and correctives actions
Implement the requested changes linked to rollouts, enhancements, and upgrades
Define test cases and execute SIT and/or UAT \xe2\x80\x93 support the Service Lines in tests execution.
Maintain the Knowledge Base content regarding C2R tools, processes and RUN activities
Provide on-demand analysis and report on the Global Business Services performance (especially on the quality of the service and client satisfaction)
Manage small projects
About you
At least 1 years of professional experience
Experienced in business system deployment, administration and support
Experienced in MS Excel
Experienced with case management tools and dashboard tools are advantageous
Experienced in Chabots is advantageous
Experienced in Power BI is advantag
Effective Customer relations management
Fluency in English
