DESIGNATION : Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager - AA



RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:


Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through close collaboration with end users and stakeholders. Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and ensure alignment with system design. Coordinate with technical teams to support development, testing (SIT/UAT), and production release activities. Manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables to ensure successful on-time implementation. Serve as a bridge between business users and IT teams, ensuring effective communication and mutual understanding. Conduct user communication, requirement clarification, and change management throughout the project lifecycle. Support post-implementation review, issue tracking, and enhancement requests. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. Prepare and maintain documentation such as requirement specifications, test plans, and progress reports. Perform other related duties as assigned.




QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 6+ years as a Business Analyst. Proven project management experience, preferably handling end-to-end software delivery projects. Strong understanding of BA methodologies, SDLC, and user requirement processes. Experience working onsite with users, with excellent stakeholder communication and management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Proficient in SQL; experience with SQL Server is an advantage. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills; able to work independently under minimal supervision. Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability to a startup or dynamic environment. Proficient in both Chinese and Cantonese for effective user communication. Strong attention to user experience and a user-first mindset.
