Job OverviewWe are seeking an accomplished Senior Business Consultant with expertise in either the Deposit or Loan domain to join our team. The successful candidate will play a role in providing strategic guidance to clients, leading consulting engagements, and contributing to the development and implementation of banking solutions in the deposit/loan domain.Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients in the deposit/loan domain, understanding their business needs and providing strategic guidance.
• Participate in the design and development of innovative solutions for clients in the deposit/ loan domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
• Demonstrate deep expertise in deposit/loan products, processes, central bank regulations, and industry best practices.
• Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies in the deposit/loan domain.
• Manage consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants in the deposit/loan domain.
• Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, including trainings, articles, and presentations.

• At least a Diploma/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Business, Banking, IT/Computer Science or a related field.
• Extensive experience of 5-8 years or above in a consulting role with a focus on the deposit/loan domain.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex consulting projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Language proficiency in English is a must and proficiency in Mandarin is a strong added advantage as this role will require frequent communication with stakeholders in Shenzhen.

• Deposit domain: In-depth knowledge of deposit products, design logic and processes.
• Loan domain: In-depth knowledge of end-to-end loan processes from the origination, underwriting, and servicing.
• Familiarity with industry-specific technologies and platforms.
• Strong project management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
