Our client is a global leader in the Hi-Fi audio industry, known for delivering premium sound experiences through cutting-edge innovation and craftsmanship. As part of their continued growth across the APAC region, they are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of business development strategies and initiatives across the APAC region. Conduct market research to provide insights that influence strategic decision-making. Identify, qualify, and nurture leads into the sales pipeline. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and customers to enhance engagement and retention. Develop in-depth product knowledge and confidently present product value to customers. Participate in presentations, demonstrations, and promotional events. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Provide operational and administrative support to the business development team.

Requirements / Success Criteria

2 + years in Audio Industry Understanding of how sound behaves in different environments. Knowledge of IoT technologies (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi) and basic smart technology. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset. Proficiency in written and spoken English; Mandarin fluency is an added advantage. Hands-on, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Audio Technology, or related field.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
