We are looking for a driven and strategic-minded Business Development Specialist to be responsible for pitching and fostering partnerships with investors. The BD Specialist\'s responsibilities include maintaining a good relationship with our existing partners, making new connections with strategic partners and developing the business network along the way. You must exhibit good speaking and critical thinking skills and demonstrate excellent sales pitch skills. Knowing more than two languages (other than EN and BM) would be an added bonus! You will also be expected to collaborate across the board with other internal teams. Last but not least, be able to work independently and enjoy the work that you do! Key Jobscope: \xe2\x97\x8f Support the business development & expansion for all in house brands \xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for Retail Development, Leasing, Tenancy Administration and maintain a portfolio of leasing partners. \xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for Legal & Compliance matters and to execute paperwork where required. \xe2\x97\x8f To continually develop the business strategies through effective understanding of Franchise Management and International Franchise Management. \xe2\x97\x8f Researching organisations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets (offline & online lead generation) \xe2\x97\x8f Identify & source for profitable sites for company expansion in line with the company growth target. \xe2\x97\x8f Conduct site surveys & evaluation; submit site proposals for management consideration. \xe2\x97\x8f Fully manage the Licensee\xe2\x80\x99s sign up process, onboarding process, and coordinate all relevant departments for successful completion of renovation. \xe2\x97\x8f Ensuring all proper documentation for tenancy and franchise agreement are up to date. \xe2\x97\x8f Perform regular day-to-day administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned. \xe2\x97\x8f Good written and verbal communication skills \xe2\x97\x8f Strong sense of time organization and urgency \xe2\x97\x8f Open to traveling outstation with the team (road trip!) as and when needed \xe2\x97\x8f Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus and adapt to a variety of challenges Basic Requirements: \xe2\x97\x8f Good written and verbal communication skills \xe2\x97\x8f Strong sense of time organization and urgency \xe2\x97\x8f Open to traveling outstation with the team (road trip!) as and when needed \xe2\x97\x8f Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus and adapt to a variety of challenges Preferred Skills:
