Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Executive based in Ipoh/KL. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to generate new business opportunities, identifying potential clients, and building strong relationships with key accounts. The executive will oversee lead generation, manage business accounts, and maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders. You will work collaboratively with the team to meet business growth targets and contribute to the company's overall success. Qualifications Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities effectively. Strong skills in Business and Account Management for maintaining and fostering sustainable relationships with clients. Excellent Communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders and presenting proposals and strategies clearly. Proven experience in a business development or sales role, demonstrating consistent results in securing and managing client relationships. Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to adapt to dynamic market trends. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
