Key Responsibilities:

Drive the

Marrybrown Franchise Program

through PR, advertising campaigns, digital platforms, exhibitions, career talks, and roadshows. Identify, assess, and recruit potential franchisees; provide guidance on

site selection and evaluation

. Enhance and update franchise documentation, presentations, and materials in line with market needs and trends. Develop and execute the

annual franchise, sales, and marketing plan

, including strategies, budgets, and revenue growth targets. Provide advisory and consultancy support to franchisees on business management and operations. Monitor and evaluate franchisee performance in

sales, operations, and compliance with Marrybrown SOPs

through regular inspections. Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by the MD/CEO.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years' experience

in sales and marketing, with strong adaptability across industries (hospitality, retail, or fast food preferred). Experience in

franchise business management

is a strong advantage. Bachelor's degree or diploma in

Business Administration or related field

. Age between

30 - 40 years old

. Excellent communication skills in

Bahasa Malaysia and English

; proficiency in

Mandarin

is an added advantage. Willing to travel frequently as part of the role. Location : Marrybrown Headquarters, JB

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
