• To work closely with agency leaders, formulate and prepare an annual strategic action plan.
• To supervise agency strategic plans on the key KPIs \xe2\x80\x93 monitoring the progress and ensuring control measures are implemented.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• To provide a formal platform for Company to disseminate information and receive feedback from agency members during agency meetings.

• To respond, recommend and provide vital justification on all agency management agendas such as agency registration, appeal, promotion, termination etc.
• To assist agency members in getting clear information on some underwriting, claims, policy servicing processes.
• To provide guidance and counseling to agency members violating Company/Industry/Regulator\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines and enforce the guidelines among agency members.
• To organize, plan and launch agency, regional or Company\xe2\x80\x99s campaign, challenges, contest or promotion to agency members.
• To organize, plan and implement training and development programs for agency force.
• To organize, plan and implement Grand Business Opportunity Presentation (GBOP) as the major recruitment drive for new agents.
• Degree in any discipline.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years working experience.
• A numerate and analytical mind.
• Ability to conduct trainings and motivation sessions.
• Must be meticulous with the ability to work under pressure.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
