1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing , Logistics or any related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales or a similar role, with minimum 5 years in logistics (warehousing & transportation) industry.
3. Good knowledge and understanding of Malaysia's logistics market and regulatory environment.
4. Have strong network of contacts in logistics or related industries.
5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
6. Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Words, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
8. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
