- Minimum 2-3 years in business development/ sales and marketing.
- Candidates must be self-motivated with initiative and drive and able to work under pressure\xe2\x80\x8b.
- Candidates must be service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Position: Senior Business Development
Location: Kepong, KL
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to develop new business opportunities and identify new business prospect.
- To expand current prospect database by creating contact with potential clientele.
- To attend client briefing and establish requirements for RFP.
- To organise internal debrief session / discussion interdepartmental and coordinate the development for projects.
- To prepare proposal and submission.
- To prepare presentation slides.
- To handle marketing and digital communications.
- Proactively monitor project progress with the aim to close the deal via active follow up with clients.
- Develop marketing material as needed.
- Maintain documentation of information relating to project / proposal submission.
- Lead and Manage team
