: Conduct market research and competitors\' analysis related to segment/industry Conduct due diligence and financial background check on potential partners Coordinate and follow up with respective project teams on information related to potential deal Propose deal structure and run deal feasibility with finance team Assist on cross-functional collaboration during the project development and execution phases, ensuring timely delivery of products to clients Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities through the development of new leads and new contacts Assist in preparation and updating of marketing and business development presentation such as investor info memo and proposals for clients Collaborate with internal marketing team/external agencies to develop marketing and promotional materials Attending conferences, trade shows and networking events to build brand awareness and generate new leads Assist on backend administrative coordination such as preparation of contract for clients, organize meeting, minutes preparation and adhere to company SOPs at all time Support the team with other responsibilities as required Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or similar field Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, business development or similar role Proficiency in MS Office Ability to multitask and work under pressing timeline Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences Strong organizational and time management skills Strong customer service skills Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people Ability to work well in a team environment
