Proactively explore, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities to drive sustainable company growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand market presence.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions that align with business objectives.
Lead end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Project, Technical, Marketing, and Finance) to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Oversee key accounts, ensure long-term retention, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Monitor payment milestones with customers and support timely collections.
Provide guidance and mentorship business development team members when required.
Skills / Experience (Senior Role Version):
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a related industry.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, securing strategic accounts, and driving revenue growth.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage senior decision-makers.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay is required.
