What You Will Bring

• Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably dealing with multinational corporate clients.
• ?Degree/Diploma in Business, Communications, Psychology, or related fields [Min CGPA 3.20]
• Strong commercial insight and active listening skills to identify real needs behind client conversations.
• ?Strong proposal, negotiation, and closing skills with a track record of securing deals.
• Resilient, persistent, and able to maintain a winning mindset under pressure or rejection.
• Relationship-driven, with the ability to build trust and generate repeat and referral business.

What You Will Do

• Understand the client's business priorities and hiring challenges by asking the right questions and listening with intent.
• Identify decision-makers, map out the real pain points, and define what success looks like for them.
• Propose targeted recruitment solutions that address specific needs and meet agreed timelines.
• ?Manage the full business development cycle: from proposal to follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
• ?Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
