• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.
• Streamline workflows to enhance the overall effectiveness of sales and marketing operations.
• Oversee the leads management process, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to sales teams.
• Generate regular reports and conduct sales and marketing performance metrics through data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Track business development performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Analyze sales metrics and customer feedback to improve strategies and offerings.
• Stay informed about system updates and enhancements to facilitate efficient usage.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure alignment on business goals.
