Job Description

As a Senior Operations Executive, you will play a key role in driving the operational performance of the company. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing initiatives to maximize efficiency. You will work closely with department heads to streamline processes and optimize resource allocation. Additionally, you will analyze operational data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to the management team. Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the overall operations of the company Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive operational excellence Manage and optimize resource allocation across departments Analyze operational data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to management Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to maximize operational performance Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the operations team Monitor and evaluate operational performance and implement corrective actions when necessary
Requirements

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Business administration, or any others Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management Strong communication and networking abilities. Effective project management and proficiency in database management. Strong problem-solving skills. Teamwork and collaboration. Positive and critical thinking. Fast learner, attentive to details with excellent analytical skills for costing, budget development, and strategic planning. Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting a cohesive work environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
