Job Details:

Position : Senior Business Process Analysts

Company Industry : Oil & Gas

Working Hours : Mon - Fri (8:30AM to 5:30PM)

Working Location : Tower 5, Avenue 7, The Horizon, Bangsar South City, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur

Working Duration: 6 Months Contract

Remuneration : Basic Salary from RM7,000 - RM12,000 (based on qualification & education), statutory contribution & leave entitlement

WHO CAN APPLY?

• Bachelor\'s degree in finance or recognized professional accounting qualification or related fields
• Minimum 6 - 7 years of experience in general accounting or Group & MI reporting or data administration.
• Proficient in SAP FI & CO & FBW Reporting. Preferably exposure in SAP MDG and maintenance finance data structures /mapping.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to manage conflict & ability to work through complex issues.
• Ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experienced in Mass Data loading activities for Finance master data objects.
• Able to work KL hours and shift during quarter close (if needed)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Accurate and timely delivery of finance master data requests and Finance Business Warehouse (FBW) data and associated mapping tables in accordance with SLAs
• Support and operationalize the Cons Unit and Company Code process.
• Support non GFT data migrating to FBW with the creation of master data, data mapping and resolving mapping issues as well as post-production activities.
• Good knowledge in FBW, Financial Templates, and associated mapping tables and as a Global Centre of Expertise for finance master data.
• Ensure data input is consistent with the data standards and meets the required levels of completeness and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and analyze replication errors and perform reconciliation.
• Work with MDG and FBW technical support team on incident and task tickets.
• Provision of business support at key periods (e.g. month-end) to enable timely reporting
• Support process improvements
• Update policy and procedures, when required.
