Job Description
This role is responsible for indirect service procurement to support operation requirements.
- Responsible for indirect service procurement such as transportation, HR, IT, logistics, warehouse and etc.
- Ensure the procurement activities in competitive cost.
- To estimate the market prices development
- Handle contract and price negotiation
- Sourcing for alternative suppliers
- Contact with interface partners to recognize developments
- To prepare periodically reports for the measurable activities against the planned figure.
- To analyze and control the contractual agreements
- Bachelor\'s Degree/Diploma in any related studies
- 2-3 years experience in indirect services procurement.
- Good negotiation skills
- Contract, Tender Management & Supply Chain management.
- Problem solving and decision making.
- Knowledge on SAP system.
- PC skills : Basic Windows, Excel, Words and Power Point.
- Willing to work in Muar, Johor.
