The Buyer role will work with a cross-functional team (Sales, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance) to manage the demand/supply of finished goods from third party suppliers.
The key responsibilities for this role are the procurement of finished goods, inventory management, problem resolution, and data support.
Manage procurement of requiredSKU with third party suppliers to support on time delivery and inventory targets
Review PurchaseReq and Purchase orders vs. Forecasts and sales orders.
Review inventory levels to ensure customer service levels and reduce slow moving stock.
Monitor Goods in Transit.
3rd Party Supplier Management: quarterly lead time, supplier OTD and supplier follow up on open POs.
Resolve blocked stock, backlog, and supply issues
Review exception messages to ensure product is expedite on time.
Manage queries in the customer service DB.
Support monthly revenue roll up and estimates.
Engage in KPI Reporting for Purchasing team (Monthly Inventory, Revenue and OTD PSP).
Continuous improvement project participation.
Any other duty that be required to support the business.

Minimum Qualification
Some college, bachelor\'s degree preferred.
5 or more years experience in buying, inventory management, and/or supply chain.
Process improvement experience.
Experience with SAP (MM and/or PP) advantageous.
