Strategize, develop, and execute large-scale Mega Campaigns, Category Campaigns, and key Marketing Initiatives to drive business growth and user engagement.
Lead end-to-end campaign project management, including planning, execution, performance tracking, and post-campaign evaluation to ensure objectives are met.
Analyze key market trends and campaign mechanics to uncover insights that enhance traffic generation and optimize sales conversion across Shopee's platforms.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Business Development, Operations, and Marketing to ensure seamless alignment and timely delivery of campaign milestones.
Conduct real-time performance monitoring and data analysis, identifying performance gaps and proposing innovative strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Requirements :
Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills, leveraging consumer insights and data-driven analysis to develop consumer-centric strategies that drive engagement and expand Shopee's market share.
Relevant work experience, preferably in Project Management, E-Commerce, Tech, Marketing, or other related fields, is preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Marketing or other relevant field of studies from a reputable university - Candidates with no/ less than 2 year of experience are welcomed to apply
Excellent command of English with strong stakeholder management skills
Highly meticulous and good at coordination, able to meet tight deadlines
Willing to be hands-on with strong project management and executional abilities
