Responsibilities:

This Senior Digital Marketing Manager role is meant for a senior manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and is experienced in strategizing, planning and executing digital (performance) marketing campaigns in a client servicing environment. The ideal candidate combines a strategic mindset with a deep experience of paid digital marketing channels. She/he has an understanding of the advertising supply side, either through media buying experience or having worked for a publisher. To perform this role well, the candidate needs to have excellent communication skills, must be able to switch between strategy and execution and has a strong attention to detail.

  • Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams to develop marketing strategies on behalf of clients from the real estate industry and other verticals in Malaysia
  • Champion the value proposition and product construct of PropertyGuru\'s marketing service for clients together with trade marketing teams
  • Assume end-to-end responsibility for multi-channel paid media campaigns, using, for example, a combination of PropertyGuru media, Facebook ads, Instagram ads and Google Search Engine Marketing
  • Lead a team of full-stack performance marketers/ ad operations specialists and content writers to bring campaigns from from conceptualization and (media) planning to ad copy writing, set-up, optimization and performance analysis
  • Monitor campaign delivery (daily) and optimize all campaign elements regularly (audience targeting, ad copy, creatives, bids and others) to deliver campaigns against timelines and budgets
  • Utilise PropertyGuru First-Party (1P) data and selected Third-Party (3P) data categories for effective audience targeting
  • Oversee onboarding of new marketing channels and integration into PropertyGuru\'s MarTech stack, including its Customer Data Platform
  • Set up processes and service level agreements to empower teams to effectively incorporate new capabilities/channels into their workflows
  • Foster team discipline, communication, and morale to strengthen teamwork within the team
  • Partner with client servicing teams to strengthen strategic client relationships: provide campaign insights and subject matter expertise to sales and review discussions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree with a minimum of 8 years in digital marketing and a strong background in performance marketing
  • Experienced in translating clients\' spoken and unspoken marketing needs into strategies and executing effective multi-channel campaigns
  • Able to partner and consult internal teams and clients on digital marketing strategies
  • The role involves direct client interaction, hence, a strong command of English and a high degree of confidence interacting with clients (up to C-level) is important
  • Should have a core working knowledge in Meta Advertising, Google paid search advertising, LinkedIn advertising and retargeting
  • A foundation in AdTech and MarTech knowledge is highly desirable to oversee channel onboarding and integration
  • Experience working at a Marketing Agency (focused on digital marketing) or proven understanding of servicing clients with digital marketing campaign is an advantage
  • Data affinity and comfortable presenting quantitative campaign insights
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and results focused with a can-do attitude
  • Prior experience with marketing in the real estate industry is highly beneficial
