Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with the customers on all matters including answering inquiries and explaining about the products and services.
Ensure all stocks are arranged and displayed accordingly with a proper price tags
Coordinate on the scheduled sales and promotional activity with the team to ensure sales target and purchase budget achieved.
Assist the customer in purchasing decision through quality service
Follow the company's rules and regulations at all time in order to uphold the image and high standard of the brand.
Develop a clear understanding of all products and training on products knowledge will be provided
Ensure effective implementation of visual merchandising principles within the store
To maintain a clean and well-organized store area
Maintain cashier documentation according to SOP
Maintain accuracy and security of all cash funds and registers including cash transactions, deposits and reconciliations
Supervise and train cashiers in cash handling, store policy and procedure
Store Merchandise / Merchandising
Maintain a detailed knowledge of the merchandise/ products stocked in the store.
Ensure promotions and fast selling lines are featured in the store.
Provide information about the customers (likes, dislikes and opinions) to the dept in charge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
