Kelayakan
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in civil construction or M&E projects.
Solid understanding of construction site management and coordination with M&E teams.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Tanggungjawab
Oversee overall construction site management: Monitor the progress, quality, safety, and cost of civil engineering works, ensuring compliance with design drawings, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Lead M&E and Civil Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) team, coordinating interfaces such as pipe and conduit pre-embedding, foundation reservations, equipment access routes, and installation interfaces to ensure seamless construction integration.
Technical Review and Problem-Solving: Review construction methodologies and drawings, resolve complex on-site technical issues, and manage engineering change orders to ensure the smooth achievement of project objectives.
