We are looking for an experienced Civil & Structural Engineer for our client who specializes in industrial lots design. You will be responsible for managing civil and structural engineering projects, from design to completion, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Key responsibilities include structural design, analysis, and overseeing construction work to ensure adherence to project specifications. The ideal candidate must have strong technical skills and proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:1xe3x80x81Manage civil and structural projects from design to execution.2xe3x80x81Perform structural analysis and design for construction projects.3xe3x80x81Coordinate with architects, owner reps, contractors, and other engineering teams.4xe3x80x81Prepare and review engineering drawings and technical reports.5xe3x80x81Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.Requirements:1xe3x80x81 Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.2xe3x80x815-7 years of relevant experience in civil/structural projects(Consulting)3xe3x80x81Proficient in structural analysis software and AutoCAD.4xe3x80x81Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must.5xe3x80x81Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
