Position: Senior Client Executive, Reinsurance Claims

We will count on you to:

• Responsible for the timely and effective loss notification, update, and settlement of funds from (re)insurers (Cash Call) and liaising with internal and external stakeholders for any reinsurance claims-related matters.
• Notify insurers and reinsurers involved in a policy of the loss, including any relevant queries raised among all involved parties.
• Send out settlement requests (Cash Call) to participating (re)insurers, monitor the funds, send follow up and update the relevant beneficiaries accordingly (eg: cedant, insured, adjuster, surveyor).
• Perform reconciliation as and when necessary to ensure complete collection and orderly payment records.
• Ensure that the claims recovery process adheres to the terms and conditions outlined in contracts and regulations.
• Maintain records of recovery activities, correspondence, payment, and agreements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (eg: brokers, claims handlers, underwriters, legal advisors, finance personnel for any claims-related matters to ensure effective communication and resolution of recovery issues).
• Identifying opportunities to optimize process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

What you need to have:

• A degree holder from any field.
• Ideally 5 years plus previous claims experience necessary.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with a high level of responsibility.
• Must be accurate, analytical, detail-oriented, meticulous and be a critical thinker.
