  • Cultivate a comprehensive knowledge of all products, services, capabilities, and internal processes
  • Grow in-depth understanding of accounts given and understand clients\' business needs, challenges and priorities
  • Take full responsibility for client related service and campaign/project performance targets, including ownership of client budgets and forecasting.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing strategic consultation and project planning, and delivering quality and timely project deliverables.
  • Report activity and update campaign performance/fulfilment progress to superior and related stakeholders.
  • Establish effective working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the creation, implementation and execution of all assigned campaigns.
  • Assists or drives new initiatives or, especially in new product/service launches with speed and effectiveness to the business corporations.
  • Responsibility for the campaign/project process from initial point of contact to presentations through contract negotiations and execution.
  • Responsible for accounts management and maintain of relationships with corporate clients to ensure continuous repeat business with the Bureau.
  • Responsible for realizing client business objective and the committed KPI targets.
  • Assist to participate in events, conference, seminars or other promotional activities with client if required.
  • Respond promptly and decisively to client\' requirements through effective communication and co-ordination with various internal departments.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to plan projects, set expectations, and create project deliverables.
  • Work in partnership with the Business Development and Account Management teams to manage growth accounts and retain clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track client engagement and key milestones.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business and Marketing, Media/Advertising, Project Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in client services, digital media related.
  • Strong Project Management skills - Resource and budget planning.
  • Understanding of platforms such as Facebook Ad manager, Google AdWords, Google Ads Manager.
  • Attention to detail and ownership of one\'s responsibilities end-to-end.
  • Positive and pleasant; strong set of soft skills and confidence.
  • Strong and reliable team player.
  • Good analytical and communications skills.
  • Excellent business telephone etiquette.
  • Creative with appealing solutions to customers.
