Senior Clinical Trial Administrator
Location: Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur (hybrid)


As a Senior Clinical Trial Administrator you will have the opportunity to work with one of the world\xe2\x80\x99s leading pharma & biotech companies, helping them advance new drugs and devices.

What you will be doing:

• Support with preparation of submission packages (IRB/ERC, regulatory agencies)
• Trial and site administration: track and update study metrics
• Setup and maintain TMF/eTMF, documents collection and quality check
• Distribute site materials and equipment
• Organise meetings

You are:

• Expereinced in Project Administration, previous clinical trial experience (pharmaceutical or biotechnology or CRO industry) preferred
• Proficiency with technological systems (Microsoft Office, TMF, CTMS,)
• Fundamental understanding of filing systems and organizational tools
• BS/BA or equivalent preferred
