Job Description

This is a senior-level cloud sales role focused on expanding business opportunities, delivering product value, and driving customer success. The position requires strong industry knowledge, technical acumen, and the ability to influence decision-makers across key accounts.

  • Establish and grow customer relationships, identify key decision-makers, and uncover real business needs.
  • Engage in secondary development of existing accounts to enhance service experience and expand cooperation.
  • Deliver product and technological value by articulating competitive advantages and aligning solutions with customer scenarios.
  • Drive customer decision-making and convert business opportunities through strategic communication and negotiation.
  • Provide full lifecycle support, ensuring successful project delivery and continuous product iteration on the customer side.
Work with cloud tech to deliver impact for enterprise clients.Strategic role with CXO engagement and full customer lifecycle.
  • 10+ years of experience in cloud computing or related industries, with a strong background in public cloud sales and pre-sales.
  • Proven track record in software and PaaS product sales, especially with major account expansion.
  • Ability to engage with CTOs and senior stakeholders for business and technical discussions.
  • Skilled in negotiation, solution development, and diagnosing customer needs in digital transformation contexts.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, product differentiation, and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
