Responsibilities Architect, design, and implement cloud-based solutions such as IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. Create, implement, maintain, and optimize cloud and on-premises infrastructure architecture based on the application, system design. Develop and deploy automation to streamline cloud operations, which includes creation, im-plementation, maintenance, and optimization of infrastructure through IaC (infrastructure-as-code) tools, CI/CD (continuous integration and continuous delivery) pipeline based on com-plex software/application versioning as well as adopting industrial best practices. Build tooling that supports cloud development and operations. Must be able to execute operational activities such as deployment, monitoring, maintenance, performance tuning and incident management. Research and evaluation of alternative solutions and recommend implementations. Work with team members to estimate timelines, define project plans, and delegate tasks. Ensure that expected application performance levels are achieved. Work with Architects to realize technical concepts. Provide guidance to junior team members. Requirements: Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineer-ing, or equivalent. Experience in architecting, implementing, and maintaining highly available mission-critical environments. Experience in building XaaS (e.g. IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) on top of AWS, Azure, GCP, VMWare or on-premise environments. Experience in developing cloud based solutions OR transforming on-premise solutions to cloud based solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience with containers (e.g. Docker, Podman), Kubernetes ecosystems as well as oper-ations such as cluster creation, application deployment, management, package management and monitoring. Experience in CI/CD such as Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins or GitOps based tools (e.g. Argo CD, Flux CD, Jenkins X). Experience with Terraform, Ansible or similar IaC (Infrastructure as Code) tools. Experience with Grafana, ELK Stack or similar enterprise monitoring tools. Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in various layers of cloud computing i.e. operating systems, containers, container orchestrations (Kubernetes), database systems and applications. Solid scripting knowledge such as Bash or Python. Solid analytical, interpersonal and communication (verbal and written in English) skills. Oral and written communication skills are key, especially when dealing with our customers and project team members. Personal Characteristics Willingness to learn and under minimum supervision, a can-do attitude, and motivation to succeed and grow. A flexible and high resilience team player, willingness to work in dynamic environment with customer driven projects. Ability to work under tight deadlines. Independent, self-discipline, self-organize. Positive working attitude and able to work independently in a team environment.
