Job Purpose:This position of a Senior Cloud Operation Executive (Cloud Marketplace) for Tech Data Kuala Lumpur Shared Service Center will enable the individual to support in onboarding new vendors within TD SYNNEX\'s distribution portrfolio by assessing the best procurement and provisioning processes and integrating them within TD SYNNEX e-commerce and SAP systems, and will own and coordinate product and e-commerce maintenance activities on a daily basis that include Products & Price updates, Content & Promotion Management and UAT testing for TD SYNNEX e-commerce platforms for APJ Region.Responsibilities:Perform daily maintenance tasks related to Content & Promotion Management within TD SYNNEX e-commerce platformsProcess high volume Freshdesk Ticket request and Monthly Products Catalog Updates.Work closely with IT Suppport/platform support team to ensure all products catalog can be completed in timely manner with high accuracyAssist EMEA Product Team with Freshdesk TicketExtend support and assistance to manager/team lead on issues/inquiries.To validate supporting document and process complex/mega deals order within SLATo assist team members in reducing order requests backlogsMentor new/existing team membersKnowledge, Skills and Experience:3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience.Bachelor\'s Degree with Business/IT/Supply Chain Field of Study preferred.Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.Possesses strong data entry skills.Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.Able to converse and write effectively in English.Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.Able to work independently with minimum supervision.Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others.Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.Able to quickly learn new systems and technology.Able to use relevant computer system applications at an intermediate level.\xe2\x80\x8bWhat\xe2\x80\x99s In It For You?
