Description:

A commercial Analyst is the link between system and business, anticipating and understanding the specific needs and challenges. The solutions could be in the form of service information or a specific product(dashboards).

Their goal is to create STANDARDIZE and accountability systems for business performance evaluation.

Commercial Analyst will work closely with SFE, IT, sales, and marketing to complete data requests to ensure accuracy and cleanliness of customer data, especially in the CRM, SAM progress and marketing center of excellence. This includes daily requests and special projects in the customers' databases.

Role's objective:

• Provide assistance and analytical support to the Marketing/Sales Regional Team.
• Responsible to consolidate the sales and key accounts information and product performance.
• Creation of Scorecards: Tableau or BI.
• Develop an analysis of categories through the available tools and systems evaluating the performance through KPIs: sell-in, market share, numerical distribution, weighted distribution, and price.
• Centralize updated materials to run at the point of sale. Create a centralized center of excellence.
• Ensures that the information in Elanco Connect is up-to-date and usable (data quality), and is in compliance with the local privacy laws and Elanco privacy policies.

Advanced knowledge:

• Internet, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
• Courses: Administration, Marketing, Media.
• English: Intermediate / Advanced
• Excel: Intermediate/ Advanced

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration from reputable university.
• Minimum 8 years of solid Finance and Accounting experience with business acumen.
• Working knowledge of company's financial planning, forecasting and reporting processes.
• Prior working experience in the Life Science (Pharmaceutical or/and Animal Health) is preferred.
