Senior Commercial Manager - TRX The Tun Razak Exchange is a development poised to be Malaysia\'s new international business and financial district. The Senior Commercial Manager is critical in ensuring the smooth running and oversight of the commercial aspects of all components of the TRX development. The Senior Commercial Manager is responsible for: Assuring the robustness of deals put forward or the commercial positions communicated. Anticipate and manage issues. Overviewing the preparation & approval of board approvals, Limits of Authority, and other internal requirements. Overseeing the debt financing and treasury relating to the project Managing the project\'s valuation through the life of the project Managing the financial outcomes of the project Creating business plans and meeting profitability targets Promoting the project to the Investment & Finance industries Overseeing compliance issues relating to the corporate structure, taxation and legal Managing the Human Capital of the project commercial team. Requirements for this role: Recognised Degree in Real Estate, Quantity Surveying, Finance or related disciplines Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in similar role Familiarity with active development of asset classes (office, retail, residential) through the whole life cycle is crucial to the success of this role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to forge effective partnerships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
