- JOB DETAILS \xe2\x80\xa2
\xe2\x9c\x94Salary range: RM9,000 to RM12,000
\xe2\x9c\x94Working Location: Remote work in Johor
\xe2\x9c\x94Working Hours/Day : 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri)
(subject to flexibility to attend calls / meetings in other time zones)
- REQUIREMENT \xe2\x80\xa2
\xe2\x9c\x94Minimum of 8 years of experience in Sourcing, Operations, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
\xe2\x9c\x94MBA or Bachelor\'s degree in Sourcing or Supply Chain Management.
\xe2\x9c\x94Able to speak and write/read Mandarin and English.
\xe2\x9c\x94Willing to work with global team and participate in off hour meetings
- KEY REPONSIBILITIES \xe2\x80\xa2
\xe2\x9c\x94Manage corporate sourcing process end-to-end, including hedging strategy, trigger points, sourcing of renewable energy.
\xe2\x9c\x94Lead and manage multi-functional stakeholder teams on specific strategic sourcing initiatives or projects.
\xe2\x9c\x94Measure and track internal performance, monitor strategy implementation to ensure benefit realization.
\xe2\x9c\x94Drive value through supplier relationship management.
