Context & Environment
Are you a seasoned professional with deep expertise in well completions and DST operations, ready to take on complex challenges in offshore exploration and development?
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Completion Engineer to join our dynamic Drilling & Wells team at TotalEnergies EP Malaysia. This role is instrumental in designing and executing completions and DST programs across multiple PSC blocks in Sarawak and Sabah, ensuring operational readiness and regulatory compliance.
Activities
Your Impact
As a key member of the Drilling & Wells team, you will:

• Lead the engineering design and execution of well completions and DST operations for exploration, appraisal, and development wells.
• Ensure compliance with PETRONAS and TotalEnergies standards, including HSE and well integrity requirements.
• Coordinate with subsurface, operations, and offshore supervisors to ensure seamless execution.
• Prepare and review completions and DST programs, equipment readiness, and regulatory submissions.
• Monitor performance, manage deviations, and lead lessons learned and optimization initiatives.
• Support tendering and contract management for completions and DST-related services.
• Liaise with HQ and service providers to align on technical requirements and planning.

Candidate Profile
What We Are Looking For

• A Degree in Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's) or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in completions and DST, including offshore operations.
• Strong knowledge of well design, DST tools, completions equipment, and rig operations.
• Familiarity with PETRONAS procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in completions engineering software and performance tracking tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid competence certifications as per CR EP FP 121.
