: 1) Act as a key person to the business of payment services, including product counseling, globalregulator interactions and requirements, and licensing applications and updates.2) Point of contact to embed legal and compliance values in products related to payments.3) Ensuring that applicable laws (including anti-money laundering laws) and internationalstandards in the payment products are implemented and adhered to across different markets.4) Conduct KYB / KYC compliance checks on our business partners, merchants, and users.5) Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures arefollowed.6) Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues.7) Assess product, compliance, or operational risks and develop risk management strategies.8) Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.9) Disseminate written policies and procedures related to compliance activities.10) File appropriate compliance reports with regulatory agencies to meet Company\'s regulatory obligation.11) Serve as a confidential point of contact for employees to communicate with management,seek clarification on issues or dilemmas, or report irregularities.12) Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints received orinvestigation outcomes.13) Consult with corporate attorneys as necessary to address difficult legal compliance issues.14) Discuss emerging compliance issues with management or employees.15) Advise internal management or business partners on the implementation or operation ofcompliance programs.16) Provide employee training on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures.17) Provide assistance to internal or external auditors in compliance reviews.18) Prepare management reports regarding compliance operations and progress.19) Monitor compliance systems to ensure their effectiveness.20) Report violations of compliance or regulatory standards to duly authorized enforcementagencies as appropriate or required.21) Keep informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, and best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes on organizational processes.22) Design or implement improvements in communication, monitoring, or enforcement ofcompliance standards.23) Direct the development or implementation of compliance-related policies and proceduresthroughout an organization.24) Handling all compliance operations such as transaction monitoring.25) Crafting KYC, AML, CFT SOP and regular update AML manual.26) Data protection tasks in accordance with Malaysia law as well as any other laws and regulations that pertain to the activities that SEAGM performs as a e money business. Requirements : 1) Experience in Anti-Money Laundering.2) Know Your Client (KYC) checks or compliance related field.3) Able to work independently with minimal supervision.4) A proven team player with critical thinking.5) Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.6) Able to work in a team-oriented environment that is fast paced anddemanding.7) Exhibits a strong ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive and energy.8) Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Melayu.9) Minimum 4 years of proven working experience as a Compliance Officer in financial environment.10) Experienced in dealing with payments related legal matters.11) Bachelor\'s degree holder or Professional Legal Qualification (CLP or equivalent).
