What to expect
In this role you will be responsible for managing and building out several compliance policy areas at Swift. As part of the Global Compliance team, your responsibilities will include:Managing and evolving several global compliance policy areas in line with best practice and industry standards.
Maintaining policy lifecycle and underlying processes in line with applicable governance.
Operating compliance processes and tools to assess compliance disclosures.
Engaging with external advisors and stakeholders across Swift.
Staying abreast of changes in relevant laws and regulations and best practices relevant to your policy responsibilities.
Gaining in-depth understanding of Swift's internal policy landscape.
Reporting on relevant metrics related to policy responsibilities.
Training and communication across Swift to raise awareness for compliance policies.
Leading risk management activities to assess policy effectiveness.
Managing exceptions process applicable to policy responsibilities.
Keeping records and evidences to support assurance.
What will make you successful?
We are seeking professionals with:Bachelor's or Master's degree in law or similar
7-10 years of experience in legal or compliance profession (with 3-5 years in fraud, anti-bribery & corruption, conflicts of interests or similar)
Record keeping skills: meticulous documentation and organisation
Continuous learning and training to capture global compliance and industry trends
Leading by example - exhibit ethical business conduct
Preferred qualifications:Internationally recognised Compliance certifications
