If you are a highly skilled Senior Computer Operator (night shift) who has a creative mind and passionate about delivering, then get ready to join our company!

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
A Senior Computer Operator is responsible for performing routine batch processing and also infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting.

• Identifying and correcting batch and system errors
• Performing data processing operations according to a business production schedule
• Performing backup procedures to reduce the risk of data loss
• Collaborating with supports to resolve system problems
• Maintaining and managing processing logs and run procedures manuals
• Notifying supports when system malfunctions are detected
• Monitoring and scheduling batch jobs
• Monitoring the running of nightly batch jobs
• Manually submitting batch processing jobs
• Working on rotational night shift (7pm; 9pm; 12am), 12 hours per shift. Shift and standby allowances will be compensated accordingly.

Must have requirements:

• Worked in banking or Insurance IT batch processing environment
• Good knowledge in IBM z or IBM i platforms
• Knowledge and able to work with batch automation platforms (e.g. Control-m)
• Must be able to communicate with other counterparts from both internal and external parties
• Able to work under stress
• Diploma in IT or higher
• Good command in English
