Senior Consultant (bd/recruitment)

Job Description
Perform business development activities to acquire new clients.
Work closely with corporate clients to understand hiring needs and building strong working relationship with the clients.
Provide consultancy on market trends and staffing solutions to clients.
Support on recruitment activities as assigned by team lead.
Work closely with senior management and team lead to ensure recruitment activities with clients are fulfilled.
Ensure business and work process compliance.
Requirements:
Tertiary education with 2 years of relevant working experience in business development. Experience from recruitment industry highly desirable. Highly motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Track records in business development and recruitment sales delivery.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
