Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with at least 2 years of relevant experience in business development.
Prior experience in the recruitment industry is highly advantageous.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in business development and recruitment sales performance.
Drive business development initiatives to secure new clients and expand market presence.
Collaborate closely with corporate clients to understand their hiring requirements and maintain strong professional relationships.
Provide expert consultancy on market trends, talent acquisition strategies, and staffing solutions.
Support recruitment processes and activities as directed by the team lead.
Partner with senior management and team leads to ensure all client recruitment needs are effectively met.
Adhere to business processes, policies, and compliance standards.
