Senior

Consultant

Qualification:

Degree in a relevant area, such as STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering Maths)/ Business etc.*

Requirements:

? Aptitude to quickly digest and apply knowledge

? Excellent communication and presentation skills both in English & Bahasa Malaysia

? Preferably PMP certified

? Knowledge of consulting techniques

? Minimum 15 years of working experience

? Ability to conduct workshops, talks, seminars and training which would involve developing courseware and to train clients on selected subject matter

Responsibilities:

Develop strong knowledge of the company's products and services in any of the following areas of project management, agile business, ESG, AI, etc.

Provide assistance and to support the Commercial Activities of the company

Collaborate with the salesforce to effectively showcase and promote the company's products and services, tailoring to client needs and market trends Independently design and deliver high-impact presentations for mid- and senior-level management, ensuring strategic alignment and persuasive communication during client engagements
Develop an understanding of the client's business environment and strategy

Lead or collaborate with client engagements on a day-to-day basis

Be able to lead executive/expert interviews (assessment) and workshops

Assist in developing effective business proposals for clients

Manage consulting engagements

Keep abreast of emerging market trends and technologies

Contribute to business development and thought leadership activities

Able to accept training assignments which would involve developing courseware and to train clients on selected subject matter

Conduct short talks and seminars

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
