Role Summary

Responsible for producing high-quality content, leading creative direction and conduct professional live sessions to boost brand presence, engagement, and sales performance. This role requires strong creativity, camera confidence, and a deep understanding of digital content trends.

Requirements

1-3 years experience in content creation or social media. Strong shooting, hosting and on-camera communication skills. Excellent sense of storytelling, editing flow and hook creation. Able to perform under pressure and meet fast deadlines. Creativity, discipline, and passion for social content.

Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

Lead the overall creative direction for weekly content on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Produce high-quality video content including product showcases, educational content, reviews, and storytelling. Plan content calendars, storyboards, and ideas aligned with Mechanize's brand identity. Ensure all visuals, hooks, captions, and editing styles follow the premium Mechanize brand standard.
2. Live Hosting

Conduct professional live sessions (TikTok Live) to promote laptops, deals, and brand campaigns. Maintain high energy, confidence, and engagement throughout each live session. Collaborate with the Sales Team to highlight best-selling units, promotions, and key selling points. Track live performance metrics and improve delivery to increase viewers, conversions, and retention.
3. Branding & Creative Strategy

Develop content that strengthens brand positioning as Malaysia's No.1 Laptop Trade-In Specialist. Identify trends, viral formats, and competitor content strategies. Propose new creative campaigns suitable for Mechanize's audience and branding.
4. Quality Control

Review all content produced by junior creators to ensure consistency and quality. Provide training, guidance, and feedback to junior team members.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
