Requirements
Summary
Lead and manage contract administration for construction projects, including cost control, and variations, ensuring compliance with contract terms.
Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience: Min. 4-6 years in contract administration for construction projects (main con/subcon).
Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of construction contracts (PAM, FIDIC, JCT, etc.).
• Proficient in claims preparation, valuations, and final accounts.
• Familiar with construction/measurement software ( Glodon, etc.) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong negotiation & follow-up skills (to secure payments/certifications).
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review tenders, contracts, and costings for projects.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Oversee progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Monitor and control project costs to meet budget targets.
• Supervise and guide junior contract staff.
