About the Role:In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing and administering contracts related to property development projects. Leveraging your expertise in contract management, you will ensure the smooth execution of contractual agreements, while upholding compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Conduct site valuations and recommend payments in line with contract requirements.\xc2\xb7 Prepare variation order (VO) costs and associated documentation for review.\xc2\xb7 Assist in monitoring and updating budget reports.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with consultants to develop Bill of Quantities (BQ) based on tender drawings and specifications.\xc2\xb7 To ensure accurate and timely completion of measurements.\xc2\xb7 Compile necessary documents for tender calls according to schedule.\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement comprehensive contract management strategies aligned with organizational goals and project objectives.\xc2\xb7 Lead negotiations and finalize contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Review and analyze contracts to identify potential risks, discrepancies, or opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations for mitigation.\xc2\xb7 Monitor contract performance and adherence to terms and conditions throughout the project lifecycle, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.\xc2\xb7 Provide guidance and support to junior contract management staff, fostering their professional development and growth.Key Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Quantity Surveyor/ Contract Management or related field.\xc2\xb7 Proven experience in contract management, procurement, or related field, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience (contract management in property is an advantage)\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of contract law, legal principles, and regulatory requirements.\xc2\xb7 Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of contract law, legal principles, and contract management best practices.\xc2\xb7 Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.If you are a senior contract executive looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we invite you to apply for this position.
